He assuaged my fears and delineated what options they had for me at an affordable rate. I was able to secure a student discount and hired them on the spot! They represented me well and saved me from having to show up in court after I already moved away from the city! They ended up getting my ticket reduced significantly in terms of points on my license as well as reducing the fine about 80 percent. Seth and his team helped me out with a speeding ticket I got in Cortland. He was professional and courteous. I spoke with him with-in a hour of leaving a message with his office. All future correspondence was via email, but he was available by phone. I worked with one of his staff members as well. My 31 mph over limit (6 pts) was reduced to non-speeding 2 pts fine. As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc...
